A Few Projects to Share

Happy Thursday, everyone!

It's been a busy week trying to get Etsy orders done, so that I can take next week off with my family! My dad and stepmom are coming in town for Thanksgiving, so I really need to get my house in order! I did make a few new cards with my recent Stampin' Up! order, so I wanted to share some pics with you. I would love to squeeze in a video on one of these, but I'm not sure I am going to make that happen. Videos take a lot of time to make!

Stampin' Up! just released their upcoming Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogs to demonstrators to view this week. I wish I could share them with you, but I'm not allowed to yet. I will say there are some adorable exciting things coming your way very soon though! I get to place my pre-order December 3rd, and cannot wait!!

Here are some of the cards I made this week. Enjoy!

Stampin' Up! Snow Place Hot Cocoa Slider

Hello crafting friends!

I'm so excited to share this project with you. Even though it's still very much Fall here in VA, I'm getting a jump start on my holiday craft projects. If it were completely up to me, I would have my tree up already, but we always do a real tree and I don't quite think it would survive until December 25th! I've had a real tree all my life, but honestly at this point in my life I would be happy with a nice fake one. My husband insists on the real thing though, so there you go. I hope you enjoy this video. I'm working on my video skills. They are challenging to make. Sorry my camera angle isn't great toward the end. I'm working on it!

Stampin' Up! Howl-o-Ween Peeps Treat Boxes using the Envelope Punch Board!

Happy Thursday, everyone! I'm excited to share this video with you. I made these little treat boxes to hold the mini packs of Halloween Peeps. I'm working on my video skills. My daughter said I need to sound more peppy, lol! I have a cold, so I wasn't feeling too peppy, but I will work on it!

Howl-o-Ween Treat Bags

Hello friends! I wanted to share this little treat bag topper I made. My daughter had a horse show this past weekend, and I was in charge of making muffins. I'm always looking for a way to put things into "treat bag form", so I thought of mini muffins! These were super easy to throw together. I was going to make a video for you, but my black ink pad had a little mishap and is broken. Thankfully, it happened after the treat bags were already assembled! I called Stampin' Up! and they are sending me a brand new one for free! They have the best customer service! I'm working on another project, and hope to post a video on that either tonight or tomorrow. I have a little cold coming on, so I'm moving as fast as I can this week, lol.

I hope you enjoy this video. If you want more information on Paper Pumpkin, click the button on my sidebar, and it will take you to the site where you can order. Thanks for visiting!

Sunday, September 27, 2015

Hi everyone! It's been a very long time since I posted anything on my blog. I've been super busy keeping up with my Etsy shop. Running your own business is a lot of work, but it is very rewarding. I spend some time this weekend getting my blog updated. It's not fancy, but this whole computer code thing is a mystery to me! We're having a rainy weekend here in VA, so my daughter and I spent Saturday doing our nails and crafting. We love watching craft videos together, and have really gotten into Stampin' Up videos lately. I'm considering joining as a demonstrator, and am hoping to post some craft videos to share some of the cute holiday projects they have available. In the meantime, here is a pic of some of the cute projects we made yesterday. These are called sour cream containers. We made them using Stampin' Up's Haunt Ya Later stamp set. They are great little party favors. They are easy to make, and you can fill them with any kind of little treats or candies you like.
